2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through www.koral-modern.com.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products

Koral Modern sells decorative and interior items worldwide, primarily within Europe.

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • Minor variations in size, finish, or material may occur.

  • All product descriptions are subject to change.

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Koral Modern reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of purchase applies.

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud.

  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or stock errors.

  • Request additional verification before processing an order.

If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, mainly within Europe.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure are not the responsibility of Koral Modern.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the provided address.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Contact us at ouladinconcept@outlook.com within 14 days.

  2. Return the product within 14 days after notifying us.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

8. Returns & Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging.

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use is not covered.

9. Liability

Koral Modern is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Damage caused by misuse of products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question, unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on www.koral-modern.com, including images, logos, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Koral Modern and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Privacy

12. Force Majeure

Koral Modern shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • War

  • Strikes

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Government measures

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

14. Amendments

Koral Modern reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies.
